Whilst writing this I will try to keep opinions to myself but there is no denying the facts; iTunes on Windows has been an near unusable mess for well over a decade now. The software runs at a glacial pace on even the fastest systems, it is bloated with unnecessary features, has no support for themes/customisation and has an excess of bugs. Simply search "itunes windows bad" online to see the consensus.

How long will this continue. Indefinitely it seems.

Windows users are essentially locked to Apple software on their PCs to sync their Apple hardware.

iTunes could be something better, it could be a usable piece of software that users enjoy. It is well within Apple's capability to improve iTunes, the fact that the software is in this state at this point in time shows the company's disregard for their millions of users across the globe.

By letting Apple know the public agreement that this has to change we will perhaps take the first small steps toward meaningful change. This may not be the most pressing issue in these times but it sure would improve lives all over the world at least a little.
