Manitoba is one of the last jurisdictions in the developed world that still doesn't have a safe, efficient and modern highway system with interstate standard designs. As such, we, as Manitobans would like the province to finally put the requisite funds in place to upgrade, at the very least, the TransCanada highway through Manitoba to a fully grade separated design standard.

We also demand that the government of Manitoba absolutely NOT build designs such as roundabouts on any highway that is a core route of the national highway system as this is counterproductive on such high speed/volume trade routes.

Most jurisdictions carried out this work several decades ago. Surely Manitoba can at least catch up to the mid 20th century, can't it?
