Nous lançons cette pétition afin de demander le rétablissement de l'accès à  Internet et débloquer l’accès aux réseaux sociaux au Bénin.

Le Bénin subirait depuis quelques heures une coupure de l'Internet et des Réseaux Sociaux. 

Cette pétition lancée au nom de plus de 190 organisations de plus de 60 pays qui composent la coalition #KeepitOn, et des autres organisations pour demander le rétablissement des communication Internet

• Les coupures d’Internet nuisent aux droits de l’homme et à l’économie.
• Les coupures d’Internet violent le droit international

Nous estimons que le blocage actuel des réseaux sociaux coûtera à la République du Bénin, plus de 600 000 dollars par jour en coûts économiques directs, et empêchera la jouissance par les citoyens de leurs droits économiques, sociaux et culturels.

Recovery of Open, Free, Secure and Censored Internet in Benin

Internet Society BENIN CHAPTER launched this petition addressed to the Government of Benin and 6 others
We are launching this petition to request the restoration of Internet access and unlock access to social networks in Benin.

Benin would suffer for a few hours a break from the Internet and Social Networks.

This petition launched on behalf of more than 190 organizations from more than 60 countries that make up the #KeepitOn coalition, and other organizations to call for the reinstatement of Internet communications.

• Internet cuts are harming human rights and the economy.
• Internet cuts violate international law

We believe that the current shut down of social networks will cost the Republic of Benin more than $ 600,000 per day on direct economic costs, and prevent the exercise by citizens of their economic, social and cultural rights.
