An 8 year old girl and of course many other children are victims of the corrupt CPS workers we have as well as the judges who oversee those cases that are brought to the courts. 

In this case specifically, CPS has failed this little girl and her family. This little girl DF, has suffered sexual, emotional and Physical abuse by her Paternal grandmother and the Paternal grandmothers paramour. CPS has done the bare minimum to investigate these allegations and have not taken this seriously. They are even allowing DF to have access to the grandmother. This is ordered to be supervised. The contact has been unsupervised on many occasions yet CPS and judge have not taken this seriously. They will not return the child home to her parents and no one knows why. This child is being emotionally and medically abused where she is now, her great aunts home. CPS has not nothing, nor has judge or law guardian. 

CPS workers do not even hear the parents out and have NEVER taken the Child's full statement on the alleged sexual abuse. For them to be taken this so lightly, but keeping her from her parents and siblings is inhumane. This case is very complex and needs to be heard. The judge ordered a GAG order because she knows if the parents speak up and make everyone aware of what these caseworkers have done as well as her self, the world would lose their minds. CPS is not protecting children. They are destroying children and destroying families. All they see is $$$. This needs to stop!!!!!!! Judges are supposed to ENFORCE the law. NOT make up their own law or give biased statements/orders, violate these parents civil rights and constitutional rights. Judges should not be partnering up with the DAG and caseworkers to destroy these children/families for $$ or vindictive reasons! 

1. Judge Einbinder's cases need to be reviewed and the way she handles them

2. CPS caseworker needs to be held accountable for her lies, misconduct and subject DF to more abuse. Her supervisors need to be held accountable as well who have not stepped in and fixed this case.

3. Jury trials should take place with ALL family court hearings. Not just 1 judge making a huge life changing decision. 

4. DF needs to be brought home with her parents and siblings so this child and family can heal and help DF. 

5. The great aunt, cousin, Grandmother and grandmothers paramour need to be FULLY INVESTIGATED, IN DEPTH. 

6. We need a law on parental rights. In detailed. CPS cant keep coming in and removing children for any old reason. 

BRING DF HOME AND LEAVE THIS FAMILY ALONE!!!!! Get Judge Eindbinder disbarred! She is a corrupt judge who does not allow these families a voice! She is doing a lot of things but protecting these children and doing the best thing for them is definitely not one of them!
