Fireworks are dangerous explosives that cause trauma to pets, children, seniors, veterans, property and the environment. They should only be used by trained professionals. The number of fireworks sets off this year has been unprecedented and is causing stress and suffering for many in the state. The Governor and the NYS legislature must immediately act to protect New Yorkers.

We ask you to support the effort to ban fireworks in the State of New York.
