We hear by request the Honorable Judge Zurn to accept the attorney request on behalf of Miss Rose Izzo and approve her as the lead plaintiff instead of Allegheny. The retail shareholders believe Miss Rose Izzo and her attorney better represent the values and requests of the retail shareholders. Allegheny is far too eager to accept a settlement that does nothing to help the retail shareholders of AMC stock. Also, the reverse split and ape to AMC conversion is catastrophic for AMC retail shareholders, and we need protection from this, and we can clearly see Allegheny is not trying to protect us. They are more interested in the lawyers getting a pay day. The reverse split needs to be canceled because it got approved by a rigged vote. Adam Aron CEO made all registered computershare stocks vote YES if the share owners didn’t vote. Also, “Ape” has no legal voting power as preferred shares can’t vote with common shares and converting preferred shares, to “Ape” is unprecedented and clearly a scam to try to out vote common share holders. Also, less than 50% of the common shares were actually voted. Lawfully you can’t pass a vote with less than 50% of shares being voted.
