Ubisoft announced on the 14th of December the End of Life for The Crew Game. This implies that the game will remain playable until March 31st, 2024 (it's Shutdown). The Crew has already been delisted from Steam, Microsoft Xbox Store, Playstation Store and other platforms where it was previously available for purchase. Players have also discovered an Offline Mode in the Game's files. 

Ubisoft: "Today, The Crew 1, including all its editions, and virtual currency packs, will be delisted from all online stores. The game will remain playable until March 31st, 2024, for all The Crew 1 owners. After this date, the servers will be shut down, which means that the game will not be accessible anymore on any platform, including PC / Xbox 360 / Xbox One / PlayStation 4 / Amazon Luna and Ubisoft+."

Ubisoft: "We understand this may be disappointing for players still enjoying the game, but it has become a necessity due to upcoming server infrastructure and licensing constraints. Decommissioning a game, and especially our first one, is not something we take lightly. Our goal remains to provide the best action driving gameplay experience for players and to deliver on it, we are continuing to provide new content and support for The Crew 2 and the recently launched The Crew Motorfest."

-"Why won't you allow us, the owners of the game, to play it when we've purchased it? Why? Older Forza Horizon games have also been delisted from the Microsoft Xbox store; however, you can still play them if you have previously bought them. Please enable the Offline mode for playing."

The Crew launched in December 2, 2014. So our question is: "What will happen to The Crew 2 (June 29, 2018) and Motorfest (September 14, 2023)? Will The Crew 2 also get Shutdown in 2028? These games also lack an Offline Mode..."

We implore Ubisoft to bring an Offline Mode into the Game. The Crew is such an awesome game. Has an actual story, unlike the newer titles... 

Even older NFS titles such as NFS Rivals (19 November 2013),... still have their servers up and running.

Basically, The Crew is an Online Only Game, meaning that when the servers shutdown, the game won't be playable anymore.

Come on Ubisoft, don't let us down like that. Bring offline mode to TC1. This game has given us, the players, so much nostalgia... This isn't a free game in the first place.
