JUSTICE FOR DOLPH!

We are coming together as a public and requesting complete justice for Young Dolph. It is also important that his family is updated before the media with all the information and proceedings of the case. This will improve the family’s confidence in the U.S. Attorney General's Office and Department of Justice. We are asking them together to commit to promptly bringing justice for Young Dolph with appropriate sentences for premeditated crime as it is.

GOAL OF PETITION!

Please sign this petition today and demand full commitment from our legal institutions towards achieving complete justice for Young Dolph but also set a legal precedence that could positively impact all other upcoming and/or unsolved cases of victims of violent crime. The goal is to hold the justice system fully accountable to:

•  adhere to the Victim's Bill of Rights which gives the family the right to be informed of ALL proceedings opposed to the media.
• the right of a speedy trial, thoroughly investigated trial.
• apply pressure on the US Attorney's office because they are notorious for moving slowly within their process.
• challenge the inequality surrounding the leniency of bond amounts and restrictions criminals are given when committing crimes against black and brown people that aren't given when a crime is committed against a non-black victim.
• demand bond/bail amounts be reformed to address the increasing number of repeat violent offenders that are equal, just, and considerate of public safety.
• demand appropriate sentences for the premeditated crime that was committed against Adolph R Thornton Jr.

Adolph Robert Thornton Jr. known globally as Young Dolph was more than a chart-topping artist and influential figure in the hip-hop industry. He was a compassionate man and a true philanthropist who dedicated his life to making a positive impact on those around him, his own community, and even the general public. His demise has left many people around the world heartbroken and scarred forever, especially his family who loved him dearly beyond his public persona. This case is not just about another hip-hop artist lost; it is about a unique individual whose life was cut short in the act of violence.
