People are being harassed and tortured covertly by weapons that hone in on our nervous system and they cause voices, hallucinations, pain, and are physically damaging to the organs and degrading to the health (this can lead to a heart attack/stroke etc.). This is very detrimental to the quality of life for the victims. It's basically being harassed by an artifical intelligence that is broadcasted in to the targeted individuals brains and our vital organs are being stressed as well. It is a miserable way to live and ultimately it negatively effects everything. 

If things change it means people can resume to love a normal life again and recover from the devastating effects. A recovery from the abuse can begin and a new life can flourish once again. A regulation of these weapons can be outlined by lawmakers so nobody has to go through this ever again and the perpetrators involved in creation and deployment on civilians of these technologies can be punished to the full extent in the color of law. IF things don't change there will be a lot of suffering amongst the targeted individuals and some might be driven to commit crimes and atrocities against innocent people (this has happened before https://www.thedailybeast.com/stephen-marlow-accused-of-killing-4-in-butler-township-over-mind-control-is-nabbed ) And the perpetrators obviously don't care and will remain at large, the group of bullies will keep on bullying innocent victims!

We must act now before it's too late and people start to get their lives prematurely cut off and shortened, sadly many lives are at risk today! We only have one life and we all deserve to live!
