The family of Elijah Burnett Snow is asking that President Joe Biden request that the Mexican government allow the FBI to review and assist with the investigation into the death of Texas firefighter Elijah Snow on July 19, 2021 in Cancun Mexico. He and his wife were staying at the Royalton Chic Resort on July 18, 2021, celebrating their 10th anniversary, when he was found deceased the next morning at the Sunset Royal Beach Resort next door. 

Mexican authorities have ruled his death to be accidental, due to mechanical asphyxiation. The family has proof, there is bruising to the body of Elijah, that contradicts the narrative Mexican authorities are presenting, and believe he was killed.  Many U.S. citizens are killed and reported missing every year in Mexico that are not fully investigated.

The time has come for our government to stand up to Mexico, and proclaim this is no longer acceptable. We respectfully ask President Biden to act on behalf of Elijah and all the other American citizens that are missing or have been killed in Mexico. Families of these citizens deserve answers.
