We, the undersigned, call on our local government to:

* Ensure equal protection for all human beings, created in the image of God

* Defend the God-given right to life, as defined by the Declaration of Independence

* Protect our most vulnerable from being killed, abused, or exploited within our jurisdiction

Specifically, we ask the local governing body to: 

Pass a resolution to declare itself to be a Safe County, recognize that life begins at the moment of conception or fertilization, proclaim that legal personhood and equal protection are conveyed at biological beginning, and declare that Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided.

Work with businesses, churches, and local organizations to provide support for mothers and fathers of pre-born children; enable and support families reunification, foster care, adoption, and wholistic treatment for trauma, addiction, and abuse; protect the vulnerable from assisted suicide and passive euthanasia; prevent human trafficking; and stop the exploitation of children through serial agendas.

Use all legal means to prevent abortion facilities from being opened or abortions from being performed and/or publicly funded within this jurisdiction.

Help build this culture of life by loving our neighbors in practical ways and educating ourselves and others in a comprehensive, consistent worldview that recognizes the value, dignity, and worth of each individual human person created in the image of God.
