Part 1: Parliament should be suspended first until Tharman resigns from all his foreign appointments as his first duty as President in accordance with the current Constitution.

As a concerned citizen of Singapore, I am writing to express my deep apprehensions and pose essential questions regarding the "Constitution Amendment No. 3 Act 2023." This bill has sparked considerable debate and raised serious concerns, and I believe it is vital for Parliament to carefully consider the potential implications before passing it into law.

It is baffling that while the bill was made known on November 6, 2023, it seeks to apply retrospectively from September 14, 2023. The absurdity of this retrospective application must be addressed, as it defies the principles of good governance and transparency.

Since Tharman cannot technically hold any foreign positions and is currently incompatible with our Constitution, it is only right that until this bill is passed, I believe Tharman actually needs to RESIGN from his foreign appointments first to be compatible with the Constitution before he can give any assent to any bill. Until he puts himself back in compatibility, should he be allowed to perform any duties at all. 

How can we allow the President to give permission to Parliament in a situation where he not only overlooks his own incompatibility, but further empowers him to change the Constituition? 

In the meantime, Parliament should be suspended first until Tharman resigns from all his foreign appointments as his first duty as President in accordance with the current Constitution.

The creation of a new bill to allow the President to hold foreign positions sends a concerning message. It implies that the President prioritizes these roles over his commitment to Singapore.

It's essential for Tharman to resign from his foreign appointments before any bill or referendum is considered. This would demonstrate his loyalty to Singapore. If Tharman cannot do this, I strongly urge him to resign as President. We must protect the sanctity of our Constitution.

Now, I am of the opinion that until Tharman is prepared to do that can we then discuss the issue of Bill and the how problematic it is both administratively and constitutionally. 

Part 2: Problems with the current bill. 
The proposed amendment seeks to permit the President and Ministers to perform foreign and international roles in their private capacities if it is deemed to be in the national interest. While the notion of our leaders engaging on the global stage is not without merit, it is imperative to ensure that our Constitution and the principles of governance are upheld and protected. Here are the key concerns and questions that need to be addressed:

1. Blurring the Lines between Private Capacities and National Interests:

The bill lacks clarity in distinguishing between our leaders' private capacities and national interests. It is crucial to have precise definitions and safeguards to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure that actions taken in private capacities do not compromise our nation's sovereignty or security.

2. Protection of National Sovereignty:

The Constitution explicitly states that there should be no surrender of sovereignty or relinquishment of control over the Police Force or the Armed Forces except through a referendum. The bill does not clarify how it ensures that the involvement of our leaders in international organizations does not compromise our nation's sovereignty.

3. Separation of Powers:

The bill should clearly define the boundaries between the roles and responsibilities of the Cabinet and the President. It is essential to maintain the separation of powers to safeguard against potential abuses and conflicts of interest.

4. Public Safety and National Security:

How will the bill guarantee that the President's participation in international organizations will not undermine national security, especially considering his control over the police and military?

5. Referendum Requirement:

The Constitution mandates that any amendment related to the surrender of sovereignty must undergo a referendum. How does the bill reconcile this requirement with the proposed amendments?

6. Transparency and Accountability:

The public should have access to information about the President's activities in his private capacity, especially when they have the potential to impact national interests. How will transparency and accountability be ensured in this regard when these organisations operate outside the jurisdiction of Singapore?

Part 3: Questions regarding WEF, G30 and such Foreign Organisations

The backgrounds of the WEF and the Group of Thirty are highly political in nature and they have agendas, like the GREAT RESET that may conflict on the sovereignty of Singapore and our National aims and agendas. Below are the list of problems associated:

1. Lack of Public Scrutiny:

These foreign organizations, including the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Group of Thirty (G30), operate in an environment that is largely insolated from public scrutiny. How can we ensure that Singapore's national interests are adequately protected in an environment where decisions are often made behind closed doors?

2. Leadership by Non-Elected Officials:

Many of these organizations are led by individuals who are not elected by the people of Singapore but represent foreign entities and individuals like Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, Kessinger and many others who have strong political and personal agendas which are controversial and highly divisive.Many of their views also run counter to the religious harmony that we have built up since the foundation of our country.

How can we reconcile these foreign  interests and decision-making processes with the Constitution and the interests of our nation?

3. Lack of Accountability:

How can the public be assured of accountability mechanisms within these international organizations, especially when they have no requirements as a private entity to answer to the people of Singapore. How decisions are made, who influences these decisions, and how do these decisions impact Singapore's national interest? 

4. Transparency:

There is an urgent need for transparency in the activities of Singaporean officials, including Tharman Shanmugaratnam,and the list of ministers  who is involved with organizations like WEF or G30. Are there undisclosed activities, agreements, or decisions that could potentially affect Singapore's sovereignty? What are the checks and balances and declarations of financial interests / perks that our officials are given from these organisations.

GIven that these are international organisations, it also means that they are outside the jurisdiction of Singapore and CPIB and our Singaporean authorities will not be able to audit and check. So how will the public be assured that these officials are not engaging in any commercial activities in this organisations?

While the case is still under investigations, but how do we prevent another case of Iswaran? It seems that a lot of his conflict of interests happened overseas.

5. Potential Conflicts of Interest:
The fact that Tharman did not declare his potential conflict of interest by holding on to his foreign appointments represent a very real concern that future potential conflicts of interest may arise and no one will be there to flag them out. 

As the role of the President is largely ceremonial and not administrative, Tharman needs to explain to us why he is choosing to remain in them and declare all his past, present and future financial gains / perks if any from these foreign organisations. 

6. Protection of National Sovereignty:

There has been emerging evidence around the world that exposed a blatant power grab by the World Health Organization (WHO), via their International Health Regulations and the Pandemic Treaty. In fact, I have a whole petition dedicated to this and you can read it on this page:

We are naturally concerned about Singapore's involvement in these international organizations which could compromise our nation's sovereignty, particularly in areas that are critical to our stability, such as our financial reserves and health issues, which affect the life and death of everyone.

7. Impact on Policy Decisions:

Do participation in WEF or G30 influence policy decisions in Singapore? It is critical to ensure that Singapore's policies are made independently and in the best interests of its citizens. However, it seems that Singapore is in lockstep with every single WEF policy there is.

Perhaps the government can clarify which WEF’s policies it did not adopt so that we the citizens can have proof that we did not blindly follow these policies and that our politicians still put Singapore first.

8. Need for Transparency and Accountability:

Parliamentary oversight and public disclosure of roles, activities, and decisions within these organizations should be an integral part of the new legislation to ensure transparency and accountability for our officials who are being paid by public funds to be involved in these organisations. As such, we wish to know how are our needs being represented in these organizations.

Many of these organisations serve Big Corporations, whose aims run counter to the needs of the people. Their aims are mostly profit. How do our officials aim to resolve potential conflicts? 

9. Public Involvement:

There is a need for ublic participation in decisions that involve national interests. Shouldn't the public have a say in the President's and Ministers' participation in organizations that may significantly impact the country?

10. Constitutional Safeguards:
At the heart of this bill is our concern for constitutional safeguards that protect Singapore's sovereignty and separation of powers between the cabinet and the President. The bill should not compromise these foundational principles.

In light of these concerns, I humbly request that Parliament ensures that the Constitution and the interests of Singapore and its citizens are preserved and protected. The bill should be scrutinized to uphold our national sovereignty, maintain transparency and accountability, and allow for international engagement that aligns with our core values and principles.

I kindly request that Parliament provide clear and transparent explanations for the concerns raised and consider the necessity of a thorough public discussion and review before moving forward with the bill.

I appreciate your attention to these concerns, and I trust that Parliament will make the best decision for the welfare and sovereignty of Singapore.

We do not want to be a mini America / Global Hub. We want to be Singapore, because we are Singaporeans.

Dear Tharman Shanmugaratnam,

We write to you as concerned citizens, reflecting diverse voting perspectives, and in light of the substantial mandate you have received through the Presidential election. With 70% of the votes in your favor, we emphasize the critical importance of your commitment not to betray the trust placed in you by Singaporeans. Your loyalty to Singapore, its people, and our nation's future trajectory is of utmost importance.

We wish to address a matter of grave concern raised by Ms. Iris Koh concerning loyalty to Singapore and potential issues related to moonlighting and foreign interference. In her TikTok video (https://www.tiktok.com/@iriskoh11/video/7270674265354079495?lang=en),

Ms. Koh mentioned her visit to the Elections Department on August 22nd to file objections against your candidacy. Unfortunately, her apprehensions regarding potential foreign interference were not adequately addressed, and her objection letter did not reach the Elections Department.

We wish to highlight that under Constitutional Article 14, Freedom of Speech, every citizen has the right to voice concerns when they perceive potential violations of the law. This right forms the bedrock of our Constitution, enabling our democratic processes, including the exercise of the right to vote. Freedom of Speech serves as a safeguard for whistleblowers who expose injustice and allows every citizen to sound the alarm when they witness injustice. We firmly assert that the Elections Department erred by not receiving and considering Ms. Koh's objection.

Furthermore, despite the media's awareness of Ms. Koh's objections and their documentation of her story, no press outlet raised this critical issue. This raises ethical concerns, particularly in light of the fact that SPH Media Trust receives substantial public funding amounting to $900 million. Their failure to fulfill their duties to report and inform the public about this important matter before Singaporeans cast their votes is deeply troubling.

This video has since garnered the attention of more than 300,000 viewers, with numerous comments and concerns expressed by the public, questioning why the press did not bring this issue to the forefront.

In your capacity as the future Head of State, we respectfully request transparency concerning your international affiliations with various organizations, details of your compensation, and the authorities to which you are accountable within these organizations. Do you have obligations to entities beyond the people of Singapore?

Your candidacy, Mr. Tharman, and your previous views on vaccines, future pandemics, and systemic shocks have generated considerable anxiety and distress among Singaporeans. These sentiments appear incongruent with your campaign promise of "Respect for all."

The WEF is not an ordinary NGO; it comprises diplomats from across the globe with global agendas that may not always align with Singaporean interests. This is especially concerning in light of the role of the President of Singapore, who holds the keys to the military, police, and the second key to the reserves.

I write to formally object to the standing of Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam as a Presidential Candidate in the upcoming Singapore Presidential Election. The basis of my objection is grounded in concerns related to his affiliations with foreign entities and the potential impact on his ability to fulfill the role of President in accordance with the principles outlined in the ADVISORY TO PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CANDIDATES ABOUT THE THREAT OF FOREIGN INTERFERENCE AND CYBERSECURITY RISKS document released by the Elections Department Singapore.

Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam's Involvement with Foreign Entities:

It has come to my attention that Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam is associated with the World Economic Forum (WEF) as a member of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, he is reportedly a member of the United Nations Secretary-General's High-Level Advisory Board on Effective Multilateralism, a role that involves providing recommendations for the UN Summit of the Future in 2024. As a concerned citizen, I am not aware of any information indicating whether Mr. Tharman is still affiliated with these foreign entities, and whether he continues to receive remuneration from them.

Lack of Transparency and Potential Conflicts of Interest:

Transparency and accountability are essential attributes for individuals aspiring to hold public office, especially the position of President. In the absence of clear communication regarding his current status with the mentioned foreign groups, doubts arise regarding potential conflicts of interest and his ability to fully dedicate himself to the responsibilities of the Singapore Presidency. Mr. Tharman's positions within international organizations, particularly those with substantial influence on global politics, may raise concerns about the alignment of his priorities with the interests of the nation.

Foreign Interference and Presidential Integrity:

The ADVISORY document released by the Elections Department emphasizes the necessity of safeguarding the integrity of elections and protecting against foreign interference. Mr. Tharman's affiliations with influential foreign groups, particularly in light of the document's concerns about undue influence and foreign interference, raise pertinent questions about his suitability as a presidential candidate. The principles of political sovereignty and social cohesion underscored in the document could potentially conflict with his foreign affiliations.

The Oath of the President and Allegiance to Singapore:

The Oath of the President, as outlined in the Constitution, demands unwavering loyalty to Singapore and a commitment to its Constitution. It is my sincere belief that any individual who holds key appointments in foreign bodies might face challenges in fully upholding this oath, particularly when conflicts of interest and potential loyalties to external entities arise.

In conclusion, I urge a thorough assessment of Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam's standing as a Presidential Candidate, taking into consideration the concerns I have outlined above. As a concerned citizen, my intention is to ensure that the individual elected to the highest office of our nation is able to wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to the interests of Singapore and its citizens. The potential for foreign interference and conflicts of interest should be addressed transparently and unequivocally.

7. Global crimes against humanity lawsuit filed and accepted by the Superior Court of Justice of Canada (see link below) has begun, by Reiner Fuellmich.

A team of more than 1,000 lawyers and more than 10,000 medical experts led by Germany's Reiner Fuellmich, one of the most powerful lawyers in Europe, has launched the largest legal action in history called "Nuremberg 2" against the WHO (World Health Organization) and the Davos Group (World Economic Forum led by the over 80-year-old Klaus Schwab) for crimes against humanity.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is a German-American lawyer, he is the one who won multimillion-dollar cases against the Deutsche Bank fraud and the one against Volkwagen for the Dieselgate fraud. He is one of the founders of the "German Crown Commission of Inquiry".

Fuellmich and his team have collected thousands of scientific evidence demonstrating the total unreliability of PCR testing and the fraud behind it. Fuellmich then spoke about vaccines, stating that "they have nothing to do with vaccination, but are part of genetic experimentation".

In addition to erroneous tests and fraudulent death certificates prepared by corrupt medical personnel, the 'experimental' vaccine itself violates Article 32 of the Geneva Convention.

According to Article 32 of the IV Convention of 1949, "mutilations and medical or scientific experiments not necessitated by the medical treatment of a person" are prohibited.

Under Article 147, conducting biological experiments on humans is a serious violation of the Convention. The "experimental" vaccine violates all 10 Nuremberg codes that provide for the death penalty for those who violate these international treaties."

Fuellmich also added that all this had been planned for some time to be implemented in 2050 "But then" the people pulling the strings became greedy and decided to anticipate the plans, first in 2030 and finally in 2020. ", adding "I think it's in this rush that they make so many mistakes. For example, the vaccine manufacturers did not foresee that there would be so many side effects and deaths."

"Europe" continues Fuellmich "is the main battleground of this war. This is because it is completely bankrupt. The pension funds have been completely looted. That is why they want to get Europe under control before people know they are it. What is happening".

But who are these people pulling the strings? According to Fuellmich, it is a group of about 3,000 super-rich. This group includes the Davos clique around Klaus Schwab.

What do they want? Full control over people. “They bribe doctors, hospital staff and politicians.

People who do not cooperate are threatened. They use all kinds of psychological techniques to manipulate people.” 

“The mainstream media,” concludes Fuellmich, “is telling a false reality and saying that the majority of people are in favor of measures and vaccines.

This is certainly not true.

For example, almost everyone I speak to in Germany knows that a mask protects against nothing, because now almost everyone is informed through the alternative media. The old media is dying out.”

Fuellmich's advice?

"Spread the truth and facts as much as possible and don't waste your energy on people who are desperately vaccinated. We can't save everyone. Many people will die."

Reiner Fuellmich 博士是一位德裔美国律师，他在德意志银行欺诈案和大众汽车柴油门欺诈案中赢得了数百万美元的诉讼。他是“德国皇家调查委员会”的创始人之一。

Fuellmich 和他的团队收集了数千份科学证据，证明 PCR 检测完全不可靠及其背后的欺诈行为。随后弗尔米奇谈到了疫苗，称“它们与疫苗接种无关，而是基因实验的一部分”。
