Men are recording themselves sexually abusing women on London's TFL network and writing stories about it which they then publish online, on a forum called 'encoxada.us', and in a Telegram group on 'encoxada.xyz'.

Abdulrizak Hersi, 32, from Limehouse, who attacked a 12 year old girl on TFL's network, was a key player in these forums and his sentencing sparked outrage on Twitter.

UPDATE: They appear to have caught on to our petition and closed their sick communities, but we must still sign this complaint so they are brought to justice! They must pay for their crimes against women!

We must put an end to these online communities disseminating multimedia of the sexual exploitation of women and children online, and even making a profit from it.

Telegram are consistently ignoring our calls for the group chats to be banned, and the NCA/FBI is yet to investigate the leaders and bring them to justice. They've evaded justice for too long.

You must sign this petition and file complaints with Telegram and the NCA/FBI to bring this to an end.
