ON BEHALF OF THE TAX PAYING CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AS WELL AS THE TAX PAYING CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THIS DOCUMENT SERVES AS A PETITION TO FREEZE ANY/ALL DESTRUCTION OF ANY/ALL PROPERTY, LAND, STRUCTURE, ETC. RELATED TO THE ARTHUR G. DOZIER SCHOOL FOR BOYS (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE FLORIDA INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL OR FIS), LOCATED IN MARIANNA, FLORIDA. THIS INCLUDES THE HAULTING OF ANY/ALL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AS WELL AS THE SALE/TRANSFER OF THE ABOVE NAMED PROPERTY. ONCE THE ABOVE REQUEST IS GRANTED THE TERMS, AS LISTED THROUGOUT THIS DOCUMENT, SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT THE FOLLOWING CAN OCCUR:

1) AS there is reason to believe and evidence to support that there are unidentified remains still buried on property of The Arthur G. Dozier School For Boys (formerly known as the Florida Industrial School OR FIS), now owned by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, A FULL investigation needs to be done of ALL land, property and structures that have ANY relationship with the AGDSB.

2) The entire property, including ANY/ALL land and structures located on both the North and South Campuses of the Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys (formerly known as the Florida Industrial School OR FIS) be included in ALL investigations and searches conducted.

3) Any Investigation conducted be completed by an independent, unbiased party. This party shall be granted UNRESTRICTED access to the entire property, including ANY/ALL land and structures located on both the North and South Campuses of the Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys (formerly known as the Florida Industrial School OR FIS).

4) ANY/ALL evidence collected during the investigation be examined and maintained by an independent, unbiased party.

5) ANY/ALL remains that were recovered during the previous USF exhumation of the Boothill Cemetery have been identified and returned to a family member, if a Family Member/Next of Kin exist and can be located. Should there be no Family Members/Next of Kin available to take possession, ANY remains unclaimed, after a reasonable amount of time, shall receive an appropriate and respectful burial. 

6) ANY/ALL remains that are located during ANY additional investigation(s) on ANY/ALL property, structures and surrounding land of the ARTHUR G. DOZIER SCHOOL FOR BOYS are recovered, identified and taken care of in one of the ways listed previously.

7) ANY/ALL of the former students, victims, family/advocates of victims, ETC. be granted the opportunity to revisit ALL property, structures and surrounding land of the ARTHUR G. DOZIER SCHOOL FOR BOYS in an attempt to obtain some form of closure, should they choose to do so.

8) ANY/ALL of the former students, victims, family/advocates of victims, ETC., be given the opportunity to voice their preference(s) and ideas as to the future of the Land/Property of the ARTHUR G. DOZIER SCHOOL FOR BOYS.

9) The FULL preservation of the structure known as “THE WHITEHOUSE” as well as the Boothill Cemetery. Should ANY additional cemeteries, gravesites, burial sites, etc. be located, those areas will be fully preserved and cared for as well. 

10) A substantial, appropriate and respectful memorial be established either on the property of the Arthur G. Dozier School OR at a location chosen by the former students, victims, family/advocates of victims, ETC., of the Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys.
