Why this petition matters

Started by Edward Sebesta

Fort Worth has had a human rights commission since 1967. Dallas still doesn't have a human rights Commission.

The Dallas City Council needs to pass an ordinance to create a Human Rights Commission.

Most cities of any size have had Human Rights Commissions for sometime.

The advantages of addressing local human rights issues at the local level by local people is fairly obvious. Please sign the petition and let others know about it. Dallas should have had a Human Rights Commission many decades ago.
