A Lego YouTuber, going by "Bricksie", was recently punished for accidentally revealing a small portion of an set early, while also being able to promote a set on the same table right next to it.

While I personally am not a huge fan of the concept of the Lego Ambassador network, as often times those involved are overly kind to the company involved, I do feel they are being extremely harsh in this situation. They are turning what is a mistake largely on their end, and punishing an individual who has a family to take care of. Repeating myself a bit here. Lego, the most valuable toy brand in the world, is punishing a father of 2 for an extremely mild mistake he made (which is more likely a mistake they made), by making it increasingly difficult to maintain his livelihood.

I think we has consumers and fans of Lego can act in 2 ways to support this:

1. Sign the petition for Lego to reinstate Bricksie. Send the message that being the bully of someone like this is just ridiculous.
2. Given this situation, as well as situations involved with the price increases, I think as a community if we mutually decided to take a 3-6 month hiatus from buying the product we could send the message that we will not tolerate them failing to be the family friendly company many of us grew up with.

Am I sure this petition will ever reach or have any impact on a company like Lego, probably not. That being said, if we are able to rally as a community, we have a greater chance at seeing change.
