Why this petition matters

Started by Artem Lukianets

Russia (with the support of Belarus) has started a full-scale invasion to the sovereign state of Ukraine. The whole world united against their agression, many companies already suspended their activity there. We ask Discord to follow example of such gamer community related companies and brands as: Electronic Arts, CD Projekt Red, GOG, Steam, Playstation, Microsoft, Nintendo, Warner Bros, Disney, Twitch

The people of Ukraine believe that russian gamers must start acting in order to stop this invasion rather than playing videogames and chilling with the usage of Discord. Unfortunately, the only way to wake them up is to suspend the work of your service as they do not have what it takes to oppose their corrupted government until  they loose their leisure. We believe that stoping this cold-blooded invasion is more important right now.

We ask Discord to suspend activity in Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus until Russia will stop this invasion and leave Ukrainian soil.
