Samsung's last zflip3 models are faulty on the crease where the phone folds. After just 9 months into a contract this seems to be a trend with most of the devices. This happens so much so that I believe Samsung have set up a phone line just for those particular models.

When my wife sent her phone away they automatically accused her of dropping it. This being untrue obviously we were perplexed and told to pay £350 to have it resolved. I think it is disgusting that you sign up for a 2 year contract and because a Samsung product is faulty they do not want to rectify the problem at all. 

From what i have read online this is a global problem for any who have purchased this model. Now being left with no phone but a contract still to pay for is unforgivable, especially in todays financial situation.

This petition is to hold Samsung accountable and to rectify the problem with a new handset, reimbursement or at least allow people to cancel contract at no extra cost.
