I did not play for 1 weekend and during that time I ate nukes. I lost nearly HALF of my population!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous! I literally almost went into a total loss as the cities were going down to 0 infrastructure!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not right. I am a peaceful nation and my only mistake was joining a new alliance that offered me, what seemed to be, some refuge. This just can't be right that so much destruction can occur like this. The food supply is barely alright... how are new players supposed to play in these conditions? 

Having barely survived the nukes with many cities at about 0 infrastructure... this is a tad harsh. Especially being a low and newer nation.

Maybe Nukes could do relative damage based on nation size?

Nukes can be strategic and a back-up plan for nations who are losing their army.... but they can also be horrible to weaker nations that are falling prey to powerful nations ruled by power hungry destroyers. 

-not enough capabilities to shoot down and defend against nukes

-radiation is harmful to food and innocent civilians

-the cost to fix ones self after a nuke is too devastating for some nations to recover before another war
