Demand Investigation and Dismissal of Leeds Social Worker Samantha Gibson
The Issue
This is a deeply personal and distressing story. This child named Isimioluwa Ekerendu was born on the 6th of February 2006. On the 30th of October 2020, at the tender age of 14, she was unjustly taken into care due to the actions of Leeds Social Worker, Samantha Gibson.
The judge, who was in charge of the case, stated (in writing) that Ms. Gibson said that Isimioluwa had a squint (strabismus) - an assertion that was proven untrue by Boots Opticians three days after being taken.
Despite this revelation, instead of returning Isimioluwa to her mother's care, Ms. Gibson went further down a deceitful path by obtaining a forged eye prescription from Specsavers to secure a full care order.
In addition to that, another eye test was arranged for Isimioluwa in January 2022 only this time, her mother was present and she arranged it herself.
(This was at the same Specsavers that the social worker used to get a forged eye prescription)
The optometrist who performed the eye test concluded that Isimioluwa did NOT have a squint and that her eyes are healthy.
The assertion that Isimioluwa has a squint has been proven false.
The social worker took this child by lying to the court and used a forged eye prescription to obtain a full care order.
For over three years now, this innocent girl has been separated from her family based on lies and criminal means made by Samantha Gibson. She has also been treated very very badly. It is time for her to be sacked and for Social Work England to step in and thoroughly investigate Samantha Gibson.
We cannot allow such gross misconduct within the social services system to go unnoticed or unpunished; it undermines trust in our institutions and can cause irreparable harm to families all over the country.
We urge you all - concerned citizens, parents, advocates for justice - sign this petition demanding that Samantha Gibson is dismissed and for Social Work England to investigate her and find her guilty for lying to the court to take her into care and for using a forged eye test to obtain a full care order.

All social workers need to be investigated they are liars
I care because the social should not be allowed to do this this is not the first time I have heard of this and I think it’s ann no out time if these kind of people want to take away parents children it should be done in a public hearing if they parent agrees because from what I’ve been reading this is all unlawful the way they can just take the children away for no good reason
Social services has extremely high power, they are so injustice people, they abusing their authority and treating us like a slve
