This petition is not engaging in the debate of vaccine or no vaccines, rather this petition is calling on Dr. Farintano to resign.  He has bungled his response to this pandemic by instituting more draconian rules than the state of CA required. By mandating vaccines in local businesses he has also violated our civil liberties.  This new mandate comes as CCC vaccination rates lead the nation and our case load and hospitalizations plummet. It’s time for the CCC supervisors to remove Dr. Farintano.
