IF zoning by-law amendments are approved, Fonthil residents living, working and traveling near 1145 S Pelham St will be negatively impacted by the proposed 5-story building (47 + 1 units).  This building is population dense which is intrusive to adjacent private properties.  It will produce light and noise pollution, traffic congestion and neighbourhood parking problems.

We want the Pelham Mayor, Town Council and Staff to reject the zoning by-law amendments.  To work with community residents and the builder developer to find a reasonable and acceptable residential 3-story building structure alternative.

The new Pelham Town Council will vote on this matter.  Now is the time to find out what your election candidates think about the zoning by-law amendments.  Who you vote for will make a difference on this issue.
