Hold Jake Gravbrot Accountable
Why this petition matters
Jake Gravbrot, a Seattle-based photographer and hairstylist accused of criminal abuse, is the focus of the latest season of top-rated Iris Award-Winning Podcast Something Was Wrong.
Season 14 of Something Was Wrong features first-hand accounts of abuse from eleven women who share their stories for the first time. They detail physical, verbal, and emotional abuse they and their children suffered at the hands of Gravbrot.
Gravbrot did not respond to Reese’s request for an interview. However, in the text messages from Gravbrot provided by victims, he boasts of being proud of “how disgustingly awful I am with women” and claims to have had “an infinite amount of one-night-stands.”
Reese is publicly exposing Gravbrot’s abuse, which dates back at least to 2007, in hope of seeking justice for his victims.
If you have been victimized by Jake Gravbrot, please contact the Seattle PD Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit at 206-684-5575.
