UPDATE: Tyree Bowie was acquitted on December 30, 2022 of Dante Mullinix Murder. We have been given no updates on what is happening next in Dante's case. We need to keep the pressure on the York City Police Department in York,PA to do their jobs correctly and get Justice for Dante. Many leads were never followed up on. If the FBI or any outside agency would take over Dante's case we could get answers. Dante could get the Justice he deserves. Please help us spam this petition so they know we will not stop fighting for Dante. His killers are out walking free. His mother just gave birth to her 3rd child since Dante died 4 years ago. While an innocent man had to sit behind bars those 4 years.

Dante Mullinix was brought in to the hospital lifeless on Sept 6,2018 in York City,PA. Many reports to children and Youth about the abuse and negligence from multiple people,agencies, family etc. Emergency custody hearing was to be held on Sept 5th one day before Dante died. Mother failed to show and Dante died. The man that watched him for short period of time when he became unresponsive that took him to ER is charged with murder and mother for endangering Dante by not getting cream needed for a bad diaper rash which later turned out to not only be that but also type two genital herpes. There is so much evidence out there for Dante’s mother to remain behind bars and not endanger child she is pregnant with currently (June 2019) but she is walking free. While man that is possibly being framed remains behind bars. Bringing in the FBI will help reassure public that justice is going to be served. Many leads have been submitted to police and not followed up on. Dante is not going to be another murder swept under the rug the evidence is out there. Please help this reach the FBI to bring them on to take over case! I sure other cases they have handled needs looked at too if you have a story share it.. The time for change is now!
