What I'm petitioning for (a.k.a. the bare bones of this petition): Wattpad to notify people when their stories are deleted, and the ability to appeal their decisions to delete stories

Wattpad deleted my story last year, and at the time, I looked for any sort of notification that it was deleted - finding none on Wattpad or in my email. However, despite that I most certainly cannot access it, I know my story may still be on Wattpad's servers because at least one of my Reading Lists still includes IHP in the number of stories recorded. Thus, I have contacted Wattpad at least twice, trying to ask for an explanation as to why my story was deleted and if they can give it to me so that I can have it for my own records, even if I can't repost it on Wattpad. Despite even quoting their guidelines in my request, all I've gotten in response is a generic response listing some possible reasons that a story or account might've gotten deleted (iow, their guidelines). I want an individualized response as to why my story got deleted because I have read the guidelines multiple times, and I don't believe my story broke any of them.

My story was I'm His Property (IHP), originally known as He's Mine and also known as He's My Property. It had 2.99k votes for its 49 parts, so it was well-loved, not only by me but also by many readers. A friend of mine on Wattpad was able to take pictures of Chapters 27-43 and send most of them to me, but I cannot get back my beloved comment section, and I do have to rewrite part of it because I unfortunately did not have it backed up anywhere.

Because of this experience, I believe that not only should Wattpad notify writers when it deletes a story, but people should be able to appeal deletions. In addition to this, I think Wattpad needs to make its rules clearer in the first place because in my eyes, its rules look contradictory, and some stories that have been deleted were not even toeing the line.
