I ................................ a rate payer or resident of the Upper Lachlan Shire Council recommend to council to undertake a redesign that will   

a. Heat & Enclose the 25 metre pool in the MAAC so all residents can utilise the pool 365 days a year. 
b) for the proposed 16 metre indoor warm pool to be redesigned for hydrotherapy use that is desperately needed.
c) note the community support for the current design to be stopped and altered in alignment with what the community want.
