Dear Attorney General Schmitt,

During a press conference held on August 23, 2021 President Joe Biden announced the FDA's approval of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. During this press conference President Biden issued the following statements:

"We’ve hit another milestone, a key milestone in our nation’s fight against COVID. Food and Drug Administration, the FDA, announced it has fully concluded it’s a thorough, independent, scientific review. After a strict process, the FDA has reaffirmed its findings that the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is safe and effective, and the FDA has given its full and final approval. So let me say this loudly and clearly, if you’re one of the millions of Americans who said that they will not get the shot until it has full and final approval of FDA, it has now happened. The moment you’ve been waiting for is here. It’s time for you to go get your vaccination and get it today, today."

President Biden, after pleading for the public to voluntarily take the vaccine then layed out a detailed list of those who have been mandated to take the vaccine:

"For the past several weeks, my administration has imposed new vaccine requirements on federal workers, the armed forces, people who work in federal medical facilities and nursing home workers. Governors, mayors, and private sector leaders have done the same."

Last but not least President Biden has taken the extraordinary step of demanding that private sector businesses mandate the vaccination of their employees stating:

"If you’re a business leader, a nonprofit leader, a state or local labor who has been waiting for full FDA approval to require vaccinations, I call on you now to do that. Require it. Do what I did last month and require your employees to get vaccinated or face strict requirements."

We the undersigned believe that President Biden's demands on private corporations to require the vaccination of employees or face strict requirements is unconstitutional. 

We also believe that employers who mandate the vaccination of their employees is an overreach of their authority and also a violation of their employees constitutional rights.

We the undersigned believe that neither the President of the United States, various elected officials or private sector employers do not have the right to mandate any medical procedures, treatments or vaccines to their constituents or employees.

We believe President Biden's demands are morally reprehensible, unethical and constitutionally unsound, especially when we don't know the full side effects of a vaccine that has not been properly researched or tested.

Now we the undersigned, request that you, Eric Schmitt, Attorney General for the State of Missouri take action to protect the citizens of Missouri and employees of corporations who operate within the boundaries of the State of Missouri from intrusive demands of both President Biden and private sector businesses regarding medical choices over our own bodies. We believe the right to make medical choices over our own bodies a basic human right that is given by God and protected by both the Constitution of the State of Missouri and the Constitution of the United States of America.
