I, like many others, have been left in the dark by Fanatec. Two months ago, I ordered the ClubSport DD with great excitement. However, my enthusiasm has since turned into frustration as I still do not have a promised delivery date. This is not an isolated incident but a widespread issue affecting countless consumers worldwide.
This is not limited to a single item, the QR2 as well as items sold on Black Friday are looking in some cases not seeing their items until well into 2024.
Fanatec's delayed shipping times are only part of the problem. Many users also report website issues and a lack of communication from the company regarding these problems. This lack of transparency is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on being a leader in its field.
Furthermore, it seems that supply chain issues are exacerbating these problems. While we understand that global events can impact supply chains, other companies in similar industries have managed to communicate effectively with their customers about such delays.
We urge Fanatec to take immediate action to address these concerns: improve shipping times, resolve website issues promptly and most importantly - communicate openly and honestly with your customer base about any challenges you face.
