At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, we were told that this is SARS-CoV2 - Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome. People were dying from nasty respiratory infections.

After 3 1/2 years of spread, and governments abandoning testing and mitigation strategies, moving on to the "ignore it" phase of the pandemic, it still hasn't been disclosed in any meaningful way that the original name of the virus is inaccurate, misleading, and dangerous.

The name should be (and should have always been) SAAVIS-CoV2.

Severe Acute Airbourne Vascular & Immune Syndrome.

People need to understand that the infection does not only affect your respiratory system, it infects and does severe harm to your entire body, including (but not limited to) your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, immune system, and brain. The misconception that a mild case is safe is going to do irreparable long term damage to the human race. A mild case is indicative of a case that is infecting parts of your body with no immediate symptoms, which is everything else. The symptoms begin when persistent damage is impairing the function of your bodily systems, Long Covid.

Governments, Centres for Disease Control, and Media need to be honest about what this is, before it's too late to come back from this. For too many, it already is too late.
