We believe that everything mentioned in this petition are very true and were committed by the Underwood family, who happens to be related to a local judge, whom we believe may be the power behind the corruption we have been forced to fight.

We feel that it is time to speak up when it comes to corruption and injustice in our society, after my family facing over 2 years of what felt like PURE TORTURE! 
My family has very solid evidence, and reason to believe that we are the victims of small-town corruption since becoming unemployed.

The corruption includes CONFLICTS OF INTEREST, EXTORTION, KICKBACK/BRIBERY, EMBEZZLEMENT and many more human, civil, and constitutional rights as a citizen.

Corruption has the "power" to place you in situations that no one should have to be put through, BUT WHY??
In our case, it was standing up for ourselves that started this never-ending chain of corrupt events.

All types of acts involved in corruption are unethical and have ill intent towards a person and is intended to cause harm.
It takes a very brave, strong-willed person to stand up for something that everyone dreams of but let the what ifs take over.

We have not only lost a child in the process of dealing with this, but we have also had everything we owned burned while we sat at the bedside of our twin boys born at only 24 weeks, and that is when we said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

We are creating this petition in hopes of shedding light on real injustice in our small area and hoping that others will take a stand with us to help us finally put a stop to corruption and abuse of power!

I see this as a form of mental abuse to someone who already suffers from mental health issues, and that alone IS A NIGHTMARE!

If we as citizens don't stand up for our rights, then the world will never experience the true meaning of equality and JUSTICE

The stress continues, since Shane has been home, he has had a gun pulled on him while our one year old son with hydrocephalus and Epilepsy sat in the backseat after trying to show the officer who pulled in our yard hopped out of his vehicle and told Shane to come to him, in which Shane declined, so he shouted out WHERE IS THE GUN, so Shane tried to show him that all he had was his phone, informing him of this only caused him to attempt to curse me and let me know that he doesn't care who I call and complain to, this happened as a result of someone calling in FALSE allegations of Shane firing a firearm(automatic probation violation), after searching and seeing that no one possessed a firearm, we asked about pressing charges on the individual who falsely made this report, we were told that after riding down our street several times that the address that was reported was nowhere to be found but that Shane's name specifically mentioned by the caller, and that they even questioned our neighbors who stated that they had not heard any gunshots.
Shane made it very clear that he wanted to file a complaint on the false accuser, but he was told that they were not sure exactly who it was, that is when things started to seem fishy.
He still has not been given the opportunity to press charges.

He has been threatened to be arrested and having his probation revoked during a second encounter, when he was pulled over by a cop, they seen one street over who had flipped a u-turn and began to follow him for a few blocks before hitting his lights Shane was placed under arrest and the vehicle was searched the vehicle, finding my mom's medication that she spilled in the car earlier that day(she has MS so her hands and legs don't work too well) so to verify this I called my mom while Shane was in cuffs so that she could let the officers know that this was indeed the truth, no one listened.
They seized my mom's severely needed meds AND told Shane he was free to go, but an officer would be coming to see him with questions, a week went by and STILL nothing, until he received saying that since refused to cooperate that he would be charged for possession of my mom's medication by the prosecutor would be issuing a warrant to revoke his probation, my mom has attempted to contact the police about this and hasn't received any answers yet....Our life already involves entirely too much stress and this only adds to it!

I NEED EVERYONE TO READ, SHARE AND SIGN PLEASE SO THAT SHANE CAN FINALLY RECEIVE THE JUSTICE HE IS DUE AND OUR FAMILY CAN ELIMINATE THE STRESS THAT THIS IS CAUSING so that we can focus more on our special needs son's health because believe it or not he actually needs us.
