FAST Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company co-represented by Doug Jacob and Sandy Beall, and Pertita Entertainment, Inc., the parent company of Golden Nugget/Landry's, a leader in the gaming, restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment industry, announced today that they have mutually agreed to terminate their merger agreement, which was concluded on February 1, 2021, on June 30, 2021.

As the parties reached an agreement on their differences on the termination date of the merger agreement, they terminated the merger agreement at the same time.

The agreement provides FAST and its shareholders up to $33 million through a combination of upfront and postpaid payments, some of which depends on whether FAST ultimately conducts business combination transactions effectively.
