We are writing to express our support for constructing an indoor basketball gym at the Fisher Heights & Area Community Association today. As community residents, we understand the importance of having safe and accessible spaces for physical activity and recreation.

Currently, our area has limited options for indoor basketball courts, forcing many basketball players to travel long distances to access indoor facilities. The addition of an indoor basketball gym at the Fisher Heights & Area Community Association would provide a much-needed space for residents to enjoy their favourite sport, regardless of weather conditions.

An indoor basketball gym would benefit not only basketball players but the community as a whole. It would provide a safe and inclusive space for physical activity, promoting health and wellness in our community. It would also create opportunities for hosting tournaments, clinics, and other events, generating revenue and boosting the local economy.
