ASOS is a global clothing company which is extremely profitable.

It is 100% online and profits extensively from not having bricks and mortar shops. Until recently, ASOS offered free returns.

In 2023, ASOS updated its return policy and now charges customers what it calls “a small return fee in some countries”. One of those countries is Australia where the return fee is $8.99 per return.

We say NO! Bring back free returns to Australian customers or we will boycott shopping at ASOS.

There are huge discrepancies in the quality and sizes offered by ASOS. ASOS does not provide shops with fitting rooms. Customers should be afforded the opportunity to return items at no cost. 

We, your customers, are severely disappointed with the change to your returns policy and we strongly urge you to reverse this change.
