SAVE HIGHMOOR FARM AND HELP SAVE WILDLIFE

Landowner Talbot Village Trust & their client Nuffield Health are attempting to fast track a NEW planning application to concrete over the equivalent of 22 football pitches of Poole’s last remaining urban farm forcing the eviction of the longstanding tenant farmer and his herd of Highland cattle. Talbot Heath Nature Reserve (SSSI) is brimming with wildlife and Highmoor Farm is essential in preventing this precious and rare heathland habitat from being completely encircled by development. The application states an ambition to attract up to between 1,300 and 1,780 commuters on a daily basis to their private hospital and business park. Help us fight this:
