Abuso sexual en la infancia es algo con que la víctima tendrá que vivir por el resto de su vida de alguna forma u otra. Son crímenes que por su naturaleza se cometen EN SECRETO. Una vez que salgan de su celda, esos depredadores sexuales SEGUIRÁN COMETIENDO ESOS CRÍMENES EN SECRETO hasta que alguien alza la voz nuevamente. Sí, NUEVAMENTE. No se puede PREVENIR si el culpable NO ESTÁ O MUERTO O ENCERRADO. 

En el caso de Naasón Joaquín García, es abuso sistematico de una secta religiosa/institución/organización que FUE FUNDADO PARA perpetuar abusos sexuales y financieros. La más mínima investigación por internet revela detalles inagotables de la historia, los abusos, y los crímenes (incluso de asesinos) cometidos y/o encubiertos por esa secta. Cien años de abusos que por temor a represálias nadie a podido frenar, ni siquiera las autoridades en su país de origen, México.

 Verás que en sus "templos" han jurado seguir al pedófilo confieso hasta el último aliento. ¿Cuántos hijos y familias más serán ofrecidos a abusos sexuales EN EL NOMBRE DE CRISTO? No hay nada que no darían a su apóstol, ni siquiera sus propias hijas.

Ayúdanos PREVENIR más abusos sexuales por parte de Naasón Joaquín García y otros ofensores sexuales. Suplicamos y peticionamos a cada Fiscal General, a cada Tribunal Federal y a cada Departamento de Justicia de los Estados de México y América que les den sentencia máxima la primera vez y cada vez que son declarados culpables, que consideran SERIAMENTE no solo las víctimas del pasado, PERO LAS DEL FUTURO.  Si USTEDES no nos ayuden a proteger a nuestros hijos, entonces ¿QUIÉN?

Proposal:
*Maximum sentences should be given to convicted child sex offenders the first time and every time. There is no way other way to prevent sexual abuse if offenders are alive and free to roam.
*If there is no space available for those who are sentenced to jail or prison for a child sex crime, space should be made by releasing a non-violent convict.
*All clergy that fails to report sexual abuse of any kind in their congregations should be held as liable as any other accomplice. In addition to being charged as an accomplice, there should be severe sanctions issued to any guilty minister, such as the revocation of religious registries and maximum fines.
*Anyone acting in the capacity of a church leader, teacher, medical professional, or law enforcement officer that is found guilty of child sexual abuse should receive a double portion of the sentence and/or fines that are given to all convicted child sex offenders, they should naturally be held to the higher standards that they themselves teach and/or represent.
*Parents and guardians should be required by law to report child sex abuse in their homes, or be held as liable as any other accomplice for failing to protect the minor child if found to have had knowledge of the abuse. No more family secrets about child sex abuse, the best prevention is communication. Abuse should be reported the first time and every time. In addition to being charged as an accomplice, maximum fines should be issued to any legal parent or guardian that knowingly does not report and/or impede child sex abuse in their home.
*Any public or private organization or institution, religious or otherwise, found to have a sexual predator in their ranks should automatically be flagged and targeted for routine audits and investigations in order to enact and enforce any and all punitive and preventive measures, to expose any current sexual abuse(s), and prevent further sexual abuse(s). If failure to report and/or impede abuse is found by a jury to be systemic and/or repetitive within their operations, a maximum fine should be issued to any public or private organization or institution, religious or otherwise, that is found guilty of participating in or covering up for systemic and/or repetitive child sexual abuse(s), up to and including the forfeiture of their entire operation, organization, or institution.

Child sexual abuse is something that the victim will have to live with for the rest of their life in one way or another. They are crimes that by their very nature are done IN SECRET. Once they are released from their cell, those sexual predators will CONTINUE TO COMMIT THEIR CRIMES IN SECRET until someone raises the alarm again. Yes, AGAIN. It cannot be PREVENTED if the culprit IS NOT DEAD NOR LOCKED UP.

In the case of Naason Joaquin Garcia, the abuse is systematic in a religious sect/institution/organization that WAS FOUNDED IN ORDER to perpetuate sexual and financial abuses. The slightest internet search yields never-ending details of its history, of the abuses, of their crimes (even murder), things they’ve done and/or covered up for. Nearly 100 years of abuse has gone unbridled for fear of repercussions, even by the authorities in its country of origin, México.

You can see that in his “temples” they have sworn to continue to follow "until their last breath" the one who pled no contest to being a child molester. How many more children and families will be offered up for sexual abuse IN THE NAME OF CHRIST?  There’s nothing they wouldn’t give their apostle, not even their own daughters.

THEY IMPOSED THE HIGHEST BAIL EVER IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, TO GIVE HIM THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE SENTENCE?!

Help us to PREVENT more sexual abuse on the part of Naason Joaquin Garcia and other child sex offenders. We plea to and petition every Attorney General, every Federal Court and every State Department of Justice in Mexico and America to give them the maximum sentence possible the first time, and every time they are found guilty, to SERIOUSLY consider not just their past victims, but THE FUTURE VICTIMS. If YOU won’t help us protect our children, then WHO?
