Crunchyroll/VRV is a big company for anime and other things, but they just do not listen to their customers. There are so many complaints, but they just do not address them.

There are SO many episodes of Gintama - a humorous anime classic with tons of anime referrents within - that just will not work on either site. Many, many, MANY people have informed them of this problem. You can just take a look at the comment sections of episodes like 11, 17, and 20.

And the app for Firestick is unusable. VRV zooms in within a few seconds, and Crunchyroll crashes instead. Again, lots of people are having this problem, and nothing has been done to fix it.

We canNOT let them treat us like this! Just because an anime is only in the hands of one company does NOT mean that we can't do anything about them disregarding our problems with their service!

Making a petition may not be what one would typically do in this situation, but it's better than doing nothing. Maybe if we have a whole list of people with these issues, they'll finally actually listen.
