THE ITALIAN WOLF is critically endangered with only around 1,500 left in the wild, due to farmers hunting them, in this country. 

The wolf is a proud symbol, as well as sacred animal of Rome as its founder, Romulus was raised by the great mother wolf, Lupa and the most important god of Rome, Mars's sacred animal too. The Italian wolf is also a proud national animal of Italy. 

The fables make most people think that wolves often seek to hunt humans. However, this is actually a common misconception. Wolves are actually scared of humans as they know they can shoot them, so they prefer to avoid humans as much as possible.

The natural prey of wolves are deers-not humans. Wolves rarely attack humans when their food source is scarce or only in self-defence, because they have lost trust of humans, due to wolves getting shot. They also want revenge for humans shooting their pack members.

Many farmers just put up higher fences, instead of killing these beautiful wolves to protect their sheep. Killing isn't always the answer to your problems. There is always more just ways to solve them. Killing wolves to protect your sheep when you could just put higher fences isn't at all just, but cruel.

Not only have farmers shot the Italian wolves, but they have also been hunted as sport and for their skin. This is just pure wickedness!

If you were a wolf or other animal, would you like to be wounded and see your pack being shot down in front of you? It would be like you being wounded and your family and friends being shot in front of you too. This is terrorism!

Wolves are souls, not toys. No more human supremacism.

You can prevent all the hunting and cruelty of wolves from happening by remembering to sign the petition and by taking other preventative measures to save the Italian wolf.

We urgently plead to the Italian environment minister to ban harming, trapping and hunting Italian wolves as they are an endangered native specie and proud symbol of Rome.

If we don't act soon, our beloved Italian wolf could go extinct any minute. It would be absolutely devastating for thousands to millions of Italians and especially Romans.

DOGS ARE MAN'S BEST FRIEND & WOLVES ARE DOGS (just more self-defensive of humans than pet dogs). Wolves should be treated as such. If you really care about dogs, you would sign this petition

Il lupo italiano è in pericolo critico di estinzione: ne sono rimasti solo 1.500 in natura, a causa della caccia degli allevatori, in questo Paese. 

La lupa è un simbolo orgoglioso, nonché animale sacro di Roma, in quanto il suo fondatore, Romolo, fu allevato dalla grande madre lupa, Lupa, e anche il dio più importante di Roma, Marte, è un animale sacro. La lupa italiana è anche un fiero animale nazionale dell'Italia. 

Le favole fanno pensare alla maggior parte delle persone che i lupi cerchino spesso di cacciare gli esseri umani. In realtà si tratta di un'idea sbagliata. In realtà i lupi hanno paura dell'uomo perché sanno che possono sparargli, quindi preferiscono evitarlo il più possibile.

Le prede naturali dei lupi sono i cervi, non gli esseri umani. I lupi attaccano raramente gli esseri umani quando la loro fonte di cibo è scarsa o solo per autodifesa, perché hanno perso la fiducia negli esseri umani, a causa dei lupi a cui hanno sparato. Vogliono anche vendicarsi degli esseri umani che sparano ai membri del loro branco.

Questi allevatori si limitano a erigere recinti più alti, invece di uccidere questi bellissimi lupi per proteggere le loro pecore. Uccidere non è sempre la risposta ai problemi. Ci sono sempre modi più giusti per risolverli. Uccidere i lupi per proteggere le proprie pecore quando si potrebbero mettere recinzioni più alte non è affatto giusto. Non solo gli allevatori hanno sparato ai lupi italiani, ma sono stati anche cacciati per sport e per la loro pelle.

Se foste un lupo o un altro animale, vi piacerebbe essere feriti e vedere il vostro branco abbattuto davanti a voi? Sarebbe come se voi foste feriti e la vostra famiglia e i vostri amici fossero abbattuti davanti a voi. Questo è terrorismo!

I lupi sono anime, non giocattoli. Basta con il suprematismo umano.

È possibile evitare che tutto questo accada firmando la petizione e adottando altre misure preventive per salvare il lupo italiano.

Chiediamo con urgenza al Ministro dell'Ambiente italiano di vietare l'abuso, la cattura e la caccia del lupo italiano, specie autoctona in via di estinzione e orgoglioso simbolo di Roma.

Se non agiamo presto, il nostro amato lupo italiano potrebbe estinguersi da un momento all'altro. Sarebbe assolutamente devastante per migliaia o milioni di italiani e soprattutto di romani.

I cani sono i migliori amici dell'uomo e i lupi sono cani (solo più autodifensivi nei confronti degli umani che dei cani da compagnia). I lupi dovrebbero essere trattati come tali. Se vi preoccupate veramente per i cani, firmate questa petizione

-Chiunque danneggi un lupo sacro italiano avrebbe una folla di romani inferociti che gli darebbe la caccia. Non oserei nemmeno, se fossi in voi.

-Saranno erette grandi tombe ai lupi italiani morti, dove la gente potrà venero loro.
