Lloyds Bank on City Road is set to close its doors for the last time on 3rd November. 

We think that this will be a disaster for many people in the community, particularly the elderly and most vulnerable, who often struggle to access online banking. It will also have a negative impact on local businesses that rely on the branch. 

Last year Lloyds Banking Group made £5.9 billion in profit. They should be investing in our community, not withdrawing from it. 

We call upon Lloyds Banking Group to do the right thing and stop by the closure.
