We asked Elections BC two simple questions:

1. Did Elections BC program the counting machines or was that done by another group? 

2 What kind of hand count was done to give some verification to the machine count?

As of yet, Elections BC has not answered. These are very simple questions, and certainly we, the citizens, have a right to know this information.

Important background information to note: 

The votes in our PR referendum were counted by Dominion Voting Systems. In July of 2018, Dominion was acquired (ie. purchased) by its management team and Staple Street Capital (1), a New York based Private Equity firm. Mr. William E. Kennard (2) is one of three members of the Executive Board of Staple. Mr. Kennard was previously a Managing Director of The Carlyle Group. (3) (4)

So our latest BC PR Referendum votes were counted by a company linked to The Carlyle Group ... Just Google "The Carlyle Group" to find out about their current or past connections to Osama Bin Laden, Dick Cheney, arms deals, etc. In other words, a multinational corporation with political foreign interests.
