I am a passionate GAA fan who like hundreds of thousands of others has spent many great days out at Croke Park. It has come to my attention that the Cusack Stand in Croke park is being refurbished and as part of this process 36,000 seats are being removed.  These seats hold a lot of sentimental value for fans like myself who have spent countless hours cheering for our favourite teams from those very spots. 

The GAA is proposing to sell just 250 of these seats to fans.  Instead of discarding these seats, I propose that all 36,000 should be made available to fans through a lottery where all the money generated from ticket sales should be given to Charity.

Those lucky enough to get a seat would cherish them as piece of GAA history. Not only would this serve as a unique way for fans to preserve their memories associated with the stadium, but it could also generate significant revenue for good causes.

Please join me in urging Croke Park management to let fans across the country and beyond get a chance to get a removed Cusack Stand seat instead of simply discarding them. Sign this petition today!
