As a user of Fanatec products for sim racing, I have faced the problem of using this equipment in conjunction with XBOX consoles. The inability to use additional button assignments, the lack of telemetry data, the lack of information output on the built-in screen and the disabled additional LED indicators significantly degrades my capabilities and user experience compared to similar products for PC or Sony PlayStation, despite the cost of Fanatec hardware kits for of the listed systems is almost the same.

According to 2020 Statista data, more than 48 million users worldwide use XBOX consoles. This means that the problem can affect a huge number of people.

We encourage Microsoft and Fanatec to heed this request from the gaming community and implement full native functionality for Fanatec devices when used with XBOX consoles. This will help to improve the user experience for millions of people around the world.
