RE: Constitutional Arts Society

Dear Honorable Michael Johnson, Speaker of the US House of Representatives, and US Senator Marsha Blackburn

The Constitution Arts Society wishes to invite you and all of Congress and the US Senate to visit the Great Hall of the Library of Congress at your leisure between the hours of 10am and 5:30pm the day of the presidential address to the joint committees of Congress and the Senate March 4th 2025 and future State of the Union.

Our goals are to match each Congressman or Senator with a talented artist from their constituency and spend a few minutes (being drawn (or sketched or painted) on this historic day); arresting movement of our elected leaders by artificial means, because it is life so that in 100 years a stranger will look upon these works and they (We The People) will move again because it is life. ..”

We plan to offer light refreshments patriotic music and nice artistic conversation with some of the most courageous artists from the land of the free and home of the brave.

It is our great honor for our small army of artists to be hosted by the owners of the Pierce School 1375 Maryland Avenue NE Washington DC that is owned and managed by one of our nation's bitcoin/crypto oracles.  Therefore an agenda of the Constitution Arts Society is to use these precious moments of time between We The People (represented by our constitutional artists) and our leaders to pay tribute inscribing artworks into the Bitcoin Blocky.  Congress members and US Senate with courage to show up will be remembered through the hand and eye expressions of we the people.  These artistic memories will last as long as Bitcoin exists and have instant value to be traded on crypto markets.  As described in our website we will propose ConstitutionArtCoin.com whose value will benefit a worthy charity, The Library of Congress, the congressional leaders campaign, the artist, and the Constitution Arts Society so we can continue supporting the artistic talent of the United States as long as US Constitution remains in existence.

We will provide a fun light-hearted atmosphere of patriotic live music and perhaps horsderves providing a comfortable exclusive and secure atmosphere.

We are actively raising US government backed dollars in exchange for percentages of token ownership of ConstitutionArtCoin.com for documentary Film maker JohnStubbins.com as we memorialize these historical moments in our nation's history.   It is a beautiful thing to think we are truly entering the Age of Aquarius, (5000 years as we revolve around the center of the Milky way) a good age, an Age of reason, art, innovation, and community so your glorious presence will we be cherished for generations and perhaps the Ages.

We are particularly thankful to Congressional Librarian Bryan Fagin and Rebecca Roberts for guiding us through the planning event process for our non-profit.  They have been consistently available and at times offered encouragement for our out of the box light-hearted approach to what could be a very intense day of high security on Capitol Hill.  Arts have a way of breaking the ice among people that may think differently and our proposal we feel is a nice way to bring people together under the Constitution with the Constitution Arts Society.

Constitutional artists will be coached to strictly abide to non-political representation that is part of our Code of Ethics and respectful to the non-partisan language of the United States Constitution.

Your leadership is an inspiration to the values present at our nations founding.  We hope that you would find meaning and life in the events we are hosting and invite you to be a distinguished member of the Constitutional Arts Society and a part of our 2025 State of the Union historical documentary.

Respectfully,

I am so thankful that I remembered my library research card because the Library of Congress is closed on Mondays.  It is always such an honor and a joy to be in this beautiful light filled historic space.
