We, the undersigned New Canaan Residents, vehemently oppose the proposed development at 751 Weed Street by Karp & Associates. Please do not let this get to P&Z!

The 102 unit development will consist of 47 one-bedroom units and 55 two-bedroom units. This monstrosity will be crammed into a small lot surrounded by single family homes.

Arnold Karp’s most recent project, The Vue, totals 99 units located on the corner of Park & Mead St. We cannot allow another multi-unit development in New Canaan. If Karp succeeds, ANY lot connected to town water/sewer can be redeveloped; there will be no end in sight which means more multi-unit projects will be built in our town!!
