1) Wont Non availaibility of Gamete Donors (MALE & FEMALE) for Third party Reproduction make services of the same more expensive and prolonged to the couple, because of the stringent law -- in turn reducing the pregnancy success rates of the couple. In addition, it will add to further distress of an already anxious couple, affecting the lower & middle class patients on a PAN INDIA basis. 

2) Since infrastructure for ART Banks is not yet in place, further delay in treatment will make the end user i.e the patient suffer the most. 

3) Certain tests and technologies have been made mandatory. This will increase the cost incurred by the patients by 30-40%.
