The libraries in St. Louis have added tablets to the kids areas where parents do not have control over whether their kids will see and want to play with this technology. The tablets are connected to the table and cannot be removed right now. 

Pediatricians do not recommend that kids have much screentime (or none), and parents bring their kids to the libraries for the books and development of minds apart of screens. 

Sign this petition if you would like the libraries to remove the tablets from the kids' areas so they can get back to reading and playing as kids ought to be able without distraction.
