1.  Background

The whitewash system at University of Connecticut (UConn) has been exposed by dozen media outlets (see google search results of "UConn sexual", "UConn rape petition").  However, Connecticut (CT) Democratic (Dems) leaders, such as Gov. Lamont, wasted millions each year on manipulating lawyers to delete/fabricate evidence for Fabrice Baudoin

Biden's NSF funnelled at least  0.1 million each year  to sponsor Baudoin's plagiarism. Gov. Lamont's UConn Board misused at least 0.6 million each year on  Baudoin's teacher-student illegal relations and on unqualified hire of Baudoin's unqualified women.  The total fraud  amounts to at least 0.2 billion in the future 50 years.   

Dems party must never retaliate against watchdogs and anti-corruption activists, who  handled Baudoin case.   These corruption activists are  guardians of the public interest.
