A Congressional Investigation is BADLY Needed into Family Court Practices. This is overdue!

Hi, 

I am Mamadou, and this is my story. In 1985, I immigrated to the United States with the noble pursuit of the American Dream. Through years of dedicated effort, I attained a culmination of achievements, acquiring degrees and expertise in diverse fields such as math, chemistry, pharmacy, healthcare administration, and even contributing to the development of a clinical intervention software in 1998, when the World Wide Web was only 5 years old. Alongside these accomplishments, I built a business in nutritional supplements.  However, my story took a disheartening turn as it intersected with a justice system led astray by the manipulations of a bitter and vindictive ex-wife, morally bankrupt attorneys, and a corrupt judge.

I, however, refuse to be broken by the system that has failed me. Faced with injustice within the legal system and feeling a lack of recourse elsewhere, I am compelled to bring my case to the COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION. In this endeavor, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to not only filing this PETITION, but also to recounting my story within the pages of a new book: BROKEN JUSTICE.

By joining forces, we aim to hold the system accountable and advocate for legislative changes that can improve the legal process, ensuring better service for the families it serves.

In the USA, the Family Court system operates as a HIGHLY LUCRATIVE BUSINESS.  The only winners in these courts are the attorneys.  This is not what it was intended to be.  Let's change it!  Please sign and SHARE my petition. 

The rule of law dictates that every individual must be treated equally by the law, regardless of their social standing or personal connections. The court's decision should be solely based on the issues presented before it, without any bias or favoritism.  In my FAMILY COURT case, the judge was both a player and a judge!!!

Our justice system is not infallible. Instances of judicial misconduct can erode the public's trust in the courts, which ultimately undermines the legitimacy of the institution. The confidence of the American people in the justice system is declining rapidly, and this erosion of trust presents an existential crisis for our society.

My goal here is to lobby the U.S. Congress for the introduction of:

1. a required continuing education addressing professional misconduct for Family Law attorneys.
2. an adequate case management system and ethical and technical training for attorneys and judges in Family Law. 
3. an easier way to report professional misconduct to the appropriate professional authority. 
4. an attorney earnings cap in certain cases of Domestic Relation.
