Dear Musicians,

I'm reaching out to fellow musicians to join me in urging FlixBus to reconsider its luggage policies and allow for musical instruments like guitars, tenor saxes, etc to be placed on the 2nd paid seat of the bus (like the airlines).

Currently, they only allow placing instruments in the lower luggage compartment together with suitcases, which is extremely dangerous as during the bus movement, suitcases will hit the instrument and can damage it. 

Moreover the staff is extremely rude and condescending and refuse to explain their policies as well as refuse to speak at all! 

As an aspiring jazz musician and former hospitality director, I've faced challenges when traveling with my instruments, particularly on FlixBus.

I've tried to address my concerns directly with Mr. André Schwämmlein, the CEO, but unfortunately, my attempts have been met with silence. I believe a collective voice can make a difference.

Sign this petition to call for an official response from FlixBus regarding their luggage policies and staff behavior. Let's emphasize the sentimental value of our instruments and encourage bus companies to provide staff training on handling musical gear.
