Ireland has failed to help it's children with abuse and disabilities for a long time.

This is a significant problem because many children have unfortunately committed suicide, self harm and many other things.

If we do NOT change, we will eventually have such a big problem to the point where children do not trust anybody anymore, because nobody has assisted them.

Ireland is outright violating it's own laws, and global laws like UNICEF.

And to topple it off, many children have faced issues with waiting lists, which could be deadly. It includes being transferred back and forth, being cancelled and being at the bottom of it again, and you can see this will be a severe issue for people who need psychological support, and people with severe disabilities.

This also includes people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (aka Autism or ASD), and people with visual impairments and much more.

These people with disabilities are failed to be included in activities, are held back and are severly disappointed with the government.

People on drugs have been sent back to their children, unsupervised, and even worse if they do it again, it happens again. Children are killed yearly because of this, or permanently emotionally and physically injured.

The point of this? Our government and the HSE has failed to protect and serve it's children.

This point is even more valid when you consider the fact a person who has had visual impairments, struggles with waiting lists, near-death experiences and ASD wrote this, and after a lot of research many others have experienced it.

If we don't act now, more children will have broken trust, be injured, killed and much more. The problem here is that if the other non-abuser parent (assuming that's the case) has to take action, THEY are the ones punished.

The government needs this brought up to it because clearly, all of the government and HSE is delusional.

To top if off, UNICEF chapter 19 and 23 are severely violated by the government:

19. Protection from violence
Governments must protect children from violence, abuse and being neglected by anyone who looks after them.

23. Children with disabilities
Every child with a disability should enjoy the best possible life in society. Governments should remove all obstacles for children with disabilities to become independent and to participate actively in the community.

As you can see and said, none of this was seen by the Irish Government.
