نحن الموقعون على هذه العريضة، نعمل على إطلاق مبادرة شعبية عالمية في إطار الدبلوماسية الشعبية، لدعم الشعب الفلسطيني وادانة الجرائم التي يرتكبها جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ضده، والتي ترقى إلى مستوى التطهير العرقي والإبادة الجماعية؛  من تهجير قسري، والاعتداء على المنشآت العامة من مستشفيات ومساجد وكنائس ومدارس، وتدمير البنية التحتية وقتل الأطفال الأبرياء والنساء، الأمر الذي يُعد انتهاكا يوميًا للقانون الدولي الانسانى وكل مبادئ الإنسانية وحقوق الإنسان.

إن ما يحدث مع الشعب الفلسطيني هو جرائم حرب مكتملة الاركان ومحاولة تصفية للقضية الفلسطينية، ويطالب الموقعون على  تلك العريضة
اولا : الوقف الفورى لكافة اشكال العدوان على الشعب الفلسطينى والتى تمارس من قبل قوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلى
ثانيا : فك الحصار المفروض من قوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلى على الشعب الفلسطينى ووقف كافة الممارسات التى من شأنها تعطيل ارسال المساعدات الاغاثية لهم من ماءوغذاء ودواء و وقود
ثالثا : الوقف الفورى لعمليات التهجيرى القسرى للشعب الفلسطينى من منازله وازحته بكافة اشكال القمع من اراضيه
رابعا : دعم الحق المشروع للشعب الفلسطينى فى تقرير مصيرة و اعلان دولته كاملة السيادة 
خامسا : اتخاذ المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الاجراءات اللازمة نحو النظر فى الادلة المقدمة اليها من جرائم حرب ارتكبتها قوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلى على الاراضى الفلسطينية المحتلة تجاة الشعب الفلسطينى.

معًا يمكننا أن نمارس ضغطًا شعبيًا لوقف العدوان على شعبنا الفلسطيني الأعزل ودعم ابسط حقوقة الانسانية المهدرة.

بما في ذلك البرلمانيين والأحزاب والنشطاء والمنظمات غير الحكومية والشخصيات العامة والإعلاميين والصحفيين.

As the signatories of this petition, we are working on launching a global popular initiative within the framework of people's diplomacy to support the Palestinian people and condemn the crimes committed against them by the Israeli occupation army. These crimes, which amount to ethnic cleansing and genocide, include forced displacement, attacks on public facilities such as hospitals, mosques, churches, and schools as well as destruction of infrastructure and the killing of innocent children and women. These actions constitute a daily violation of international humanitarian law, humanitarian principles, and human rights.

What is happening to the Palestinian people is a complete war crime and an attempt to liquidate the Palestinian cause.

The signatories of this petition demand:
- Firstly: Immediately cease all forms of aggression against the Palestinian people by the Israeli occupation forces.

- Secondly: Lifting of the siege imposed by the Israeli occupation forces on the Palestinian people and halting all practices that hinder the delivery of humanitarian aid, including water, food, medicine, and fuel, to them.

- Thirdly: Immediately ceasing the forcible displacement of the Palestinian people from their homes and lands by all forms of oppression.

- Fourthly: Supporting the legitimate right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and the declaration of their fully sovereign state.

- Fifthly: The International Criminal Court (ICC) should take necessary actions to consider the evidence presented to it regarding the war crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces on the occupied Palestinian territories against the Palestinian people.

Together, we can exert popular pressure to stop the aggression against our Palestinian people and support their basic, yet violated human rights.

This is undertaken by parliamentarians, political parties, activists, non-governmental organizations, public figures, journalists, and media professionals.

Nous, signataires de cette pétition, lançons une initiative populaire mondiale dans le cadre de la diplomatie populaire pour soutenir le peuple palestinien et condamner les crimes commis contre lui par l’armée d’occupation israélienne, qui constituent un nettoyage ethnique et un génocide; contre les déplacements forcés, les attaques contre les installations publiques des hôpitaux, des mosquées, des églises et des écoles, la destruction des infrastructures et le meurtre d’enfants et de femmes innocents, qui est une violation quotidienne du droit international humanitaire et de tous les principes d’humanité et de droits de l’homme.

Ce qui se passe avec le peuple palestinien est un crime de guerre à part entière et une tentative de liquider la cause palestinienne, et les signataires de cette pétition demandent
Premièrement : cessation immédiate de toute forme d’agression contre le peuple palestinien par les forces d’occupation israéliennes
Deuxièmement : démanteler le blocus imposé par les forces d’occupation israéliennes au peuple palestinien et mettre fin à toutes les pratiques qui perturberaient l’envoi d’aide humanitaire à partir d’eau, de nourriture, de médicaments et de carburant
Troisièmement : La cessation immédiate du déplacement forcé du peuple palestinien de leurs foyers et le déplacement de ceux-ci dans toutes les formes de répression de leurs terres
Quatriement : Maintien du droit légitime du peuple palestinien à déterminer son destin et à déclarer sa pleine souveraineté d’État
Cinquièmement, la Cour pénale internationale prendra les mesures nécessaires pour examiner les preuves qui lui sont soumises par les crimes de guerre commis par les forces d’occupation israéliennes sur le territoire palestinien occupé contre le peuple palestinien.

Ensemble, nous pouvons exercer une pression publique pour arrêter l’agression contre notre peuple palestinien sans défense et soutenir les droits humains les plus fondamentaux gaspillés.

y compris les parlementaires, les partis, les militants, les ONG, les personnalités publiques, les professionnels des médias et les journalistes.
